BANNED OLD DUKE OF YORK: King Charles ‘Considering ALL Options’ as Disgraced Prince Andrew Faces Losing His Royal Title After Explosive New Epstein Bombshell 👑🔥

PALACE chiefs are “considering all options” to finally deal with Prince Andrew – including stripping him of his Duke of York title.

The disgraced royal’s future is threatened after The Sun on Sunday revealed he emailed Jeffery Epstein to say “we are in this together”, three months after he said he had cut off contact.

Fresh embarrassment continues to heap on the Royal Family as Virginia Giuffre’s memoir haunts the duke.

The Sun can reveal “all options” are on the table as “frustrated and exasperated” palace chiefs believe now is time to draw a line under his sex abuse scandal.

Importantly, there is hope the Prince will “do the decent thing” and “fall on his sword” before the palace is forced to act.

But he has been warned there is only a small “window of opportunity” until moves are made.Fresh revelations over Andrew and Epstein leave palace aides ‘exasperated’

Options on the table could range from stripping him of his Duke of York title, removing him from the line of succession, or paying him to leave the Royal Lodge and move abroad.

Others include Andy voluntarily handing back his membership of Order of the Garter and removing himself from family events.

Discussions are taking place behind palace walls with the “feeling that something must be done”, it is understood.

A royal source said: “Considering all options is exactly what is happening.
There is a feeling that something must be done. Discussions are taking place. Options are being considered.

The source added: “There is a window of opportunity for him to do the decent thing.”

This comes as fresh extracts from Virginia Giuffre‘s memoir – which will be published in full on Tuesday – prove his sex abuse scandal is not going away.

Momentum to act was also sparked when we last week revealed he lied about contacting paedo Jeffrey Epstein.

Andrew emailed Epstein 24 hours after the infamous photo of the duke with his arm around Virginia’s waist at Ghislaine Maxwell’s Mayfair home emerged.

He wrote: “I’m just as concerned for you! Don’t worry about me! It would seem we are in this together and will have to rise above it. Otherwise keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon!!!!”

He signed it “HRH Duke of York KG” with the KG initials standing for Knight of the Order of the Garter.

It proved he lied in his Newsnight interview in which he said he broke off contact with Epstein in December 2010.

There are now fears more bombshell revelations could follow.

Virginia Giuffre alleged she was trafficked to have sex with Prince Andrew on three occasions.

In her upcoming memoir she accused Andrew of being “entitled” and seeing sex with her as his “birthright”.

Andy has always denied any wrongdoing and claims he has never met Virginia.

The late Queen and King have already carried out a string of punishments aimed at removing Andrew from royal orbit and making him face the consequences of his actions.

He has been stripped of his royal roles, banned from being a working royal and prevented from using his HRH title, at another crisis point amid Virginia Giuffre’s sex abuse case in 2022.

The King and Royal Household only have the most severe options left at their disposal.

But despite attempts to cajole the prince into hiding, he is refusing to budge from Royal Lodge due to his “cast iron lease” that runs out in 2078.

Titles have not been revoked since the First World War when the Titles Deprivation Act was used to remove dukedoms from German princes.

This step would mean the Cabinet Office would have to move in as it needs an Act of Parliament.

A YouGov poll over the summer showed that 67 per cent of people backed removing his remaining titles.

Other top-level options are removing him from the Order of the Garter – which is the UK’s highest chivalric order – that while is purely symbolic and carries no power, is seen by insiders as a disgrace that he continues to hold the post.

He could even be banished from the country in the way that former King Edward VIII, the-then Duke of Windsor, spent his days in Bahamas and then France with Wallis Simpson after his abdication and allegations of Nazi sympathies.

Lesser options are banning him from all family events such as Christmas, funerals such as the recent Duchess of Kent’s and stopped from riding and shooting on royal lands and visiting homes such as Balmoral and Sandringham.

But insiders point out that none of the actions the King and Palace take would be as powerful as Andrew taking responsibility for his own actions.

Although there is understandable nervousness after the duke’s Newsnight interview ended his royal career.

It has been a scandal-hit 12 months for Andrew.

His ex-wife Fergie faced her own crisis when The Sun on Sunday revealed she had emailed Epstein calling him a “supreme friend”.

Then Andrew was exposed as a liar when we printed his email to Epstein – sent three months after he claimed he had cut off contact.

Royal sources are concerned about the impact on Beatrice and Eugenie being tainted by close family association.

It is not thought the scandal has “infected” other royals such as the King or Prince William.

Andrew and Fergie are not expected to attend Christmas at Sandringham this year or appear at the pre-Christmas family lunch.

Fergie’s sister Jane has been staying with the couple for moral support after jetting over from Australia, The Sun can also reveal.

Buckingham Palace declined to comment.
